Briefy provides a weekly AI-curated newsletter by email. Free tier is available in English on one niche; Pro unlocks all niches and languages.
2. Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices include applicable VAT where required. You may cancel at any time from your account or the Stripe customer portal.
3. Withdrawal waiver
By subscribing and requesting immediate access to the newsletter service, the customer expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
4. Acceptable use
You may not abuse the service, scrape content at scale, or resend editions without permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Courts in Spain have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
